Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between Konrad Bak IT (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, concerning your use of https://gitbot.app and all websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this agreement (collectively referred to as Gitbot).

  1. You acknowledge that you have read and understood Gitbot's Privacy Policy.
  2. By installing Gitbot in your organization's Slack workspace or GitHub organization, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so.
  3. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of content posted by users of Gitbot, and we are not liable for it.
  4. You warrant that you own the content you publish via Gitbot and that it does not violate any rights of any person or entity.
  5. You accept that you cannot:
    • use Gitbot in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
    • use Gitbot to impersonate any person or entity
    • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any parts of Gitbot
  6. By activating Gitbot's paid subscription for your organization's Slack workspace, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so and agrees to pay fees.
  7. Where payments are processed via Gitbot using third-party payment processor Paddle, you also agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.
  8. We are free to update Gitbot without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Gitbot.
  9. We reserve our right to change these Terms and Conditions in the future. Your continued use of Gitbot will constitute deemed acceptance of our updated Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning your use of Gitbot. If a court or competent authority decides that any part of it is unlawful or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
  11. This agreement is subject to Polish law. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Poland for any claim or dispute arising out of this agreement.
