Privacy Policy

We adhere to GDPR. The only reason we collect any personal data is to provide you with service. We are serious about user privacy, so no personal data is collected for marketing purposes.

Only basic information about Slack workspace, users, channels, message metadata, GitHub organization, users, repositories, pull requests, and comment metadata is collected.
No source code or any user messages are stored.

When you uninstall Gitbot from Slack or GitHub, all data about your Slack workspace or GitHub organization respectively is immediately removed from our database.
Subscription status and receipts are preserved. Backups are retained for 30 days only.

Stored data are encrypted and protected by highly secure infrastructure preventing unauthorized access. EU is the only place where we store personal data.

We employ a minimal number of sub-processors. All of them are GDPR compliant.

As an individual, your data is only collected when you sign in on the Settings page. Precisely it's only your name and account type. It's discarded immediately when you sign out. Alternatively, contact support to delete it.

We reserve our right to change this Privacy Policy in the future. Your continued use of Gitbot will constitute deemed acceptance of our updated Privacy Policy.
